We’re pleased that Hereford House will be catering our Mid-America meals. This long-time local favorite was recently voted Kansas City’s #1 steakhouse by AOL CityGuide. The following activities are available for registrants only. Additional charges may apply. Check the registration form for details.

    Registrants are invited to join OSGKC for an elegant evening of orchids and all that jazz. Stroll through the exhibits or start your shopping early while you enjoy hors d’oeuvres, cocktails (cash bar) and live jazz. No additonal charge.


    Kansas City Barbeque Luncheon Noon Saturday

    Join us for a barbeque buffet at noon on Saturday. Judges are invited as guests of OSGKC. All other registrants are welcome to attend at their own expense. The menu includes grilled boneless chicken breast glazed with barbeque sauce, sliced brisket, coleslaw, baked beans and cheddar ranch potatoes.

    Mid-America Banquet 7:30 pm Saturday

    Plan to attend the lively Mid-America auction at 5:30 pm and then stay for a great dinner at 7:30 pm. Choose your favorite of the following entrees:


    The Kansas City Strip
    The steak that made Kansas City – and Hereford House – famous!

     

    Cedar Plank Salmon
    Fresh, tender salmon oven roasted on a cedar plank, topped with garlic herb butter

     

    Chicken Piccata
    Boneless chicken breast pan seared then topped with artichokes, capers and fresh tomatoes in a rich béchamel sauce
